After a sold-out culinary weekend in June, Chef Giannis Baxevanis returns to Irida Wine Restaurant for two more extraordinary evenings, tailor-made for lovers of refined Cretan gastronomy.

Join us on Thursday, July 18 and Friday, July 19 at 7:00 PM, and experience the signature magic that unfolds when heritage cuisine meets modern creativity.

Whether you’re a returning guest or joining us for the first time, you’ll be treated to a menu where each dish — curated by Chef Baxevanis in collaboration with resident chef Rena Giannoulaki — celebrates the rich bounty of Crete. Expect a fusion of traditional recipes, seasonal ingredients, and local wines that elevate every course.
